We work with students and faculty from top universities across China to develop educational workshops for children and local teachers.
We then deliver these workshops in the schools where we implement our social water projects.
Our business model was also designed to educate by helping consumers understand the health benefits of a filtration system through our marketing campaign.
We realized from the start we first needed everyone – villagers, consumers, and corporations alike, to be aware of the fundamental challenges to China’s water crisis before we can solve for it.
We see the Siyuan bottle as a physical manifestation of that belief. We wanted the Siyuan bottle to represent one’s awareness of the problem, as well as support for the cause.
Siyuan’s social model of research, implementation, and education was designed with the goal of finding a holistic solution to China’s water safety issues.
We believe providing filtration systems is just one part of the solution. By providing Siyuanbottles, educational workshops and conducting water quality testing, we hope to change how children in rural drink water.
